Specific searches both for retained clients and non-retained clients which are primarily for Chairmen, Chief Executives or Non-Executive Directors.
In each case the emphasis is on high impact individuals who bring very specific skills to the table.
We work under retainer for a group of non-competing Private Equity firms, big, medium or small, minority or majority. We also work with other clients on a project by project basis. Our work varies but is mainly a mix of pre deal investment thesis validation, market intelligence, exit due diligence and deal origination.
We focus on identifying sector specific experts and “ wise men and women” who are able to guide our clients on the challenges / dynamics and growth opportunities within a specific sector or investment opportunity.
Market Due Diligence
We do Due Diligence for our clients on individuals they are seeking to put their money behind. Our work is tailored to the context and is a mix of “on list” and “off list” referencing. It is 360° and extremely comprehensive. It can frequently spill into market due diligence covering business, competition, market and strategic issues, as well as potential acquisitions, geographic roll-outs and exit options.
We are also frequently asked to do specific Exit Due Diligence to validate an intended exit strategy.
